All cancellations must be provided in writing.
Written cancellations can be emailed to info@iaem.com, faxed to 703-241-5603 or mailed to IAEM Headquarters (201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. IAEM Headquarters will provide you with a cancellation number to confirm receipt of your cancellation.
- If you have not submitted payment and do not attend the conference, the full registration fee will be due if written cancellation is not received by close of business on Monday, Oct. 24, 2011.
- If you have submitted payment and written cancellation is received on or before Oct. 24, 2011, there is a cancellation fee of $50.
- No refunds will be made after October 24, 2011.
Substitutions of attendance are permissible. Identify substitute and complete contact information of individual in written cancellation notice.
