Our partners at the Rio are extending a special room rate over the official conference dates.    IAEM Room Rate:

• Rate: Prevailing per diem which currently is $93/single or double; $30 per person for 3rd or 4th person.
• Parking: The Rio offers both valet and self-parking on a complimentary basis.
• Deadline for Reservations: This room rate will be honored until Oct. 11, 2011, or until the IAEM block is sold out.
• Call 1-888-746-6955 for reservations. Guests should identify group code SRIAE11 to secure IAEM’s rate, the prevailing per diem, which is currently $93 single/double.
• Please note the following Rio Policy: At the time of check-in, the Rio will place an authorization (hold) equal to room and tax plus $100 per day on each guest’s credit card. This will allow the guest to patronize the outlets, entertainment and services available at the Rio as well as have ccess to the pay per use in-room amenities, such as movies, telephone, Internet access and refreshment center. Also, this deposit will allow guests limited access to dining and entertainment options at an additional seven Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas. Cash, checks and debit cards are accepted, but not recommended.

• Standard Room: $71 single/double on Friday and Saturday; $28 single/double for all other nights.
• Premium Room: $86 single/double on Friday and Saturday; $38 single/double for all other nights.
• Note: In addition to these rates, a $3 per day per room resort fee will be charged for use of the fitness center, self-parking, unlimited local and toll-free phone calls, in-room coffee, wake-up calls and shuttle service to "The Strip."
