For Non-U.S. Citizens Who Need to Obtain a Visa to Attend the Conference:
For non-U.S. citizens who wish to attend the IAEM Annual Conference and need to obtain a visa, all invitation letters must be hand-carried to the visa applicant’s interview at the U.S. Embassy office in their country. All applicants should apply for their visa appointment through the U.S. Embassy at least four weeks in advance of their anticipated dates of travel. Ask the U.S. Embassy office what documents you should bring with you to the visa appointment.
