All participants seeking EMI campus housing must also provide to IAEM headquarters, no later than Monday, May 14, 2012, an electronic copy of a letter from your home organization indicating you have met all background suitability requirements for your position. A sample letter is posted here for your convenience.
The IAEM-USA Mid-Year Meeting will take place Friday-Saturday, June 8-9, 2012, at the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
- Member/Non-member Registration (includes housing–Friday and Saturday) = $125
- Member/Non-member Registration (no housing) = $60
- Member/Non-member Friday Day Rate (no housing) = $30
- Member/Non-member Saturday Date Rate (no housing) = $30
The IAEM-USA Mid-Year Meeting is for IAEM members, emergency management professionals, Congressional staffers and federal officials with a role in homeland security and emergency management. Sessions will include briefings from top DHS officials. The IAEM Mid-Year Meeting purpose is to advance IAEM committee work.
