Cancellation Policy
Note: Participants must sign up in advance to attend any
pre-conference sessions. Each pre-conference session will have a separate registration
fee, which will be added to the registrant's total Annual Conference
registration fee. Information about pre-conference sessions and basic registration fees (without banquet or reception tickets) will be posted soon.
Note: Registration fees for IAEM members and non-members increase by $70 after Sept. 1, 2012.
ANNOUNCEMENT: IAEM-USA Council Credit
Card Processing Fee
Effective May 1, 2012, there will
be a 4% processing fee applied to all credit card payments for individuals
within the United States. Questions? Email info@iaem.com. Example: For a
basic conference registration fee for U.S. members, the amount would be $468 if
paying by credit card, but a lesser amount of $450 if paying by cash, check or
PayPal.
Conference Registration Fees:
- IAEM Member Full Registration Fee: $525*
- IAEM Member Basic Registration Fee: $450
- IAEM Student Members: $235*
- Non-Members Full Registration Fee: $635*
- Non-Members Basic Registration Fee: $560

- Sunday, October 28 Welcome Reception Ticket: $35
- Wednesday, October 31 Presidential Reception/ Banquet and CEM/AEM Awards Program Ticket: $85
*Full registration fee includes ticket to Sunday night Welcome Reception and Wednesday Presidential Reception/Banquet and CEM/AEM Awards Program.
- Military (USA) Active/Non-Active Personnel = $575 (Includes Sunday Reception Ticket and a variety of EMI pre-conference session optional events)
- AF Non-Active/Guard/Reserve Registration Fee = $450

Meals
The following meals are included in both the full and the basic registration fees:
- Lunch Speaker: sit-down lunch during general session, 12:25-1:55 p.m.
- EMEX 2012 Exhibit Hall Opening Reception: 6:00-8:00p.m.
- Coffee & Donuts in EMEX 2012: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
- Lunch in EMEX 2012: 11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
- Reception in EMEX 2012: 5:30-8:00 p.m.
- Coffee & Donuts in EMEX 2012: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
- Lunch in EMEX 2012: 12:00-1:45 p.m.
The following meals are included in the full registration fees and for those who purchased the optional event for an additional fee:
- Welcome and Networking Reception: 5:30-8:30 p.m. An additional fee is required if not registered at the full registration rate.
- Presidential & CEM Awards Banquet: 6:30-8:30 p.m. An additional fee is required if not registered at the full registration rate.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing.
Written cancellations can be emailed to info@iaem.com, faxed to 703-241-5603 or mailed to IAEM Headquarters (201 Park Washington Court, Falls Church, VA 22046). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. IAEM Headquarters will provide you with a cancellation number to confirm receipt of your cancellation.
- If you have not submitted payment and do not attend the conference, the full registration fee will be due if written cancellation is not received by close of business on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.
- If you have submitted payment and written cancellation is received on or before Oct. 8, 2012, there is a cancellation fee of $50.
- No refunds will be made after October 8, 2012.
Substitutions of attendance are permissible. Identify substitute and complete contact information of individual in written cancellation notice.
