2013 Conference Hotels

The 2013 conference headquarters hotel is the Silver Legacy Hotel in Reno, Nevada.

The Silver Legacy rate is $79, plus a daily $6 resort fee that includes airport shuttle service, valet and self-parking, in-room wireless Internet, unlimited local and 800 calls, entry to the health spa, and boarding pass printing at the bell desk or concierge desk. Reservation deadline is Oct. 1, 2013, or until the block is sold out.

Rooms can be booked by calling 800-687-8733; callers must reference IAEM13 in order to get the IAEM group rate.

To book rooms online:

  • Go to www.silverlegacyreno.com.
  • In the upper right quadrant of the page, the "Make a Reservation" box appears.
  • In the promo code box at the left, type in: "IAEM13" (no need to enter dates until next page), and hit the enter button which should take you to IAEM’s custom reservation page.
