Committee Mission

Review Bylaws and make recommendations for revision by the membership, monitor adherence to provisions of the Bylaws, develop resolutions outlining the position and policy of the Council on specific issues, as appropriate, and present proposed resolutions to the membership for adoption at the Annual Conference.
