• Montana - The Montana Association of Disaster & Emergency Services Coordinators/Emergency Managers does not have a Web site.
• North Dakota - North Dakota Emergency Management Association.

Colorado Governor's Emergency Management Conference Scheduled for Feb. 24-26, 2009 (01/09/09) The Colorado Governor's Conference on Emergency Management will take place Feb. 24-26, 2009, at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood, Colorado. This year's theme is the "Evolution of a Disaster," and the conference will focus on real Colorado disasters and lessons learned. Utah Emergency Management Association Schedules Conference & Annual Meeting (12/05/08)  Registration is now open for the Utah Emergency Management Association’s Annual Meeting and “Gathering of Eagles” Conference, set for Jan. 8, 2009, at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy, UT. This year's conference will feature presentations by Lucien Canton and others on current EM topics and trends. IAEM-USA Region 8 Holds Officer Election and Bylaws Vote (10/10/08) In an online election ending Oct. 10, IAEM-USA Region 8 President Mary Senger was re-elected as Regional President.  Michael Monson, Emergency Manager, U.S. Air Force, Hill AFB, Utah, was elected as Regional Vice President via write-in votes. The proposed bylaws were unanimously passed by Region 8 members.
