VOTE in the 2010
iaem-usa region 2 election
All IAEM-USA Region 2 Individual, Affiliate, and Lifetime IAEM Members are invited to vote in the IAEM-USA Region 2 Officers Election. Region 2 includes
IAEM members in
New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.

Start Date:
Online voting will begin on Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time. On that date, the red link to the right that says "VOTE NOW" will be activated, and eligible voters will be able to place their votes using the online ballot.
End Date:
Online voting will end on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
How Voting Works: Online voting is secure and private. You can vote online by clicking on the RED link to the right on this page called "VOTE NOW." The RED "VOTE NOW" link will be activated on Aug. 17, 2012.
- When you click on this link, you will be asked for your IAEM User ID and Password.
- Enter that information, and you will be taken to the the Member Surveys page.
- Click on the survey called "2012 IAEM-USA Region 2 Officers Election." This is your online ballot.
- You will then be able to vote on IAEM-USA Region 2 Officers.
- When you have voted, click the "Post Survey Choices" button to cast your vote. (Once you click this button, you can't go back and you can't make changes - so be sure that your ballot is as you want it BEFORE you click the button.)
You can only vote once. You cannot change your vote once it is placed. If you have any difficulties in placing your vote, contact IAEM Membership Director Sharon Kelly at info@iaem.com.
Voter Eligibility: You must be a current IAEM-USA Region 2 Individual, Affiliate, or Lifetime member in order to be eligible to vote in this election. (Note: Student members in Region 2 cannot vote in this election; rather, all IAEM-USA student members vote in the Student Region elections.) If you know about this election but have not paid your dues for the current membership year, you can join or renew your membership online, but dues must be paid no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern time, Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, in order to establish your voter eligibility.
IAEM User ID and Password : If you do not have an e-mail address on file with IAEM and therefore have not received a User ID and Password to access the Members Only area, contact IAEM Membership Director Sharon Kelly at info@iaem.com, or 703-538-1795, ext. 2, and place an e-mail address on file with IAEM so that you can be assigned a User ID and Password.
