IAEM-USA Region 8 Holds Officer Election and Bylaws Vote (10/10/08) In an online election ending Oct. 10, IAEM-USA Region 8 President Mary Senger was re-elected as Regional President. Michael Monson, Emergency Manager, U.S. Air Force, Hill AFB, Utah, was elected as Regional Vice President via write-in votes. The proposed bylaws were unanimously passed by Region 8 members.
