2003-2004 scholarship Awardees
The IAEM Scholarship Commission awarded scholarships to the following three students in emergency management and related programs for the 2003-2004 school year:
- Thomas E. Poulin, a graduate
student working on
his Ph.D. in Urban
Services Management
at Old Dominion
University in Norfolk,
Va., received
$1,000. His
scholarship was
awarded from a
dedicated (earmarked
specifically for this
year’s awards)
donation by DRI
International.
- Brian Richey, an
undergraduate
student working on a
B.S. in Emergency
Administration and
Planning at University of North
Texas in Denton, Texas,
received $500 from the IAEM
Scholarship Program Fund.
- Wendy Monk, an undergraduate
student working on a B.S.
in Emergency Administration and
Planning at the University of North
Texas in Denton, Texas,
received $500 from the IAEM
Scholarship Program Fund.
