Region 3 IAEM -USA is sponsoring its first Region 3 Conference, to be held Sept. 19, 2011.
Join us in " A Time to Remember, A Time to Prepare — A Whole Community Stakeholders Workshop." The International Association of Emergency Managers is sponsoring this workshop for the region. FEMA Region 3 Administrator Mary Ann Tierney is confirmed for our morning program.
: Emergency managers, fire rescue officers, law enforcement officers, continuity planners, security officers, public safety officials, nonprofit organizations, and private sector emergency managers are invited to attend.
: The theme for National Preparedness Month this year is "A Time to Remember, A Time to Prepare."
: The program will focus on current topics of interest and is an excellent opportunity to hear updates from FEMA Region 3, IAEM Officials, state and local experts and other stakeholders and partners to develop collaborative efforts to face current and future challenges. Status of grants will be an important topic.
