Emergency Alert System (EAS):
IAEM is represented on the Emergency Alert System (EAS) - Common Alert Protocol (CAP) Road Map Coordinating Committee. This committee is attempting to get in front of the power curve on the new EAS system that will be implemented soon. IAEM is also represented on the EAS-CAP Training Committee will identify who needs training and what type of training to offer.
