Mr. Khaled Abdulla Al Mansoori currently serves as the President of the International Association for Emergency Managers’ (IAEM) International Council and Head of Media Emergency and Crisis Management at NCEMA of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Higher National Security Council.
Mr. Mansoori was elected as President to the IAEM International Council in September 2010, and installed as President and a member of the IAEM-Global Board of Directors in October 2010. Mr. Mansoori’s vision for his Presidency is to boost membership and increase participation in the International Council, build chapters within the International Council, host an IAEM International Council Conference, and find creative ways to support our member nations during a crisis.
Prior to NCEMA, President Mansoori served at senior leadership and managerial positions in various Federal and Emirate (state) level government agencies, including the Administrative Director in the UAE Presidential Court. He has strong experience and expertise in Emergency and Crisis Management, Crisis Communication, Strategic Planning, and Training & Development.
President Mansoori has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai. He also has earned the following educational certificates:
