The IAEM Asia 2008 officers election and voting on proposed IAEM Asia bylaws will take place online from May 15, 2008 through June 6, 2008.

Start Date:
Online voting will begin at 12:00 midnight Singapore time on May 15, 2008. On that date, the red link to the right that says "VOTE NOW" will be activated, and eligible voters will be able to place their votes using the online ballot.
End Date:
Online voting will end at 12:00 midnight Singapore time on June 6, 2008.
How Voting Works:
Online voting is secure and private. You can vote online by clicking on the RED link to the right on this page called "VOTE NOW." The RED "VOTE NOW" link will be activated on May 15, 2008.
- When you click on this link, you will be asked for your IAEM User ID and Password.
- Enter that information, and you will be taken to the the Member Surveys page.
- Click on the survey called "2008 IAEM Asia Officers Election & Bylaws." This is your online ballot.
- You will then be able to vote for IAEM Asia President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer -- and you will be able to vote "yes" or "no" on the proposed IAEM Asia Bylaws.
- When you have voted, click the "Post Survey Answers" button to cast your vote. (Once you click this button, you can't go back and you can't make changes - so be sure that your ballot is as you want it BEFORE you click the button.)
You can only vote once. You cannot change your vote once it is placed. If you have any difficulties in placing your vote, contact IAEM Membership Director Sharon Kelly at info@iaem.com or +1 703-538-1795, ext. 2 in the United States.
Voter Eligibility: You must be an Individual Member, Affiliate Member, or Lifetime Member living in the IAEM Asia Council area in order to be able to vote in this election. If you are an Individual Member or Affiliate Member, you must have paid dues for Oct. 1, 2007 through Sept. 30, 2008 no later than June 2, 2008. If you have not yet paid your dues, you can join or renew your membership online at any time during the election period, in order to establish your voter eligibility.
Help With User ID and Password : If you do not have an e-mail address on file with IAEM and therefore have not received a User ID and Password to access the Members Only area, contact IAEM Membership Director Sharon Kelly at info@iaem.com, or +1 703-538-1795, ext. 2 in the United States, and place an e-mail address on file with IAEM so that you can be assigned a User ID and Password.
