Committee Mission
Review IAEM-USA Bylaws and make recommendations for revision by the membership, monitor adherence to provisions of the Bylaws, develop resolutions outlining the position and policy of the IAEM-USA Council on specific issues, as appropriate, and present proposed resolutions to the membership for adoption at the IAEM-USA Annual Conference.
