In 2009, the CEM® Commission is scheduled to meet:
- March 4-6, 2009 at IAEM Headquarters in Falls Church, VA (credential review and policy discussion). Please submit packages to be reviewed by February 23, 2009. All notification letters regarding the status of candidate review will be sent within three weeks of the meeting – estimate no later than March 27, 2009.
- June 3-6, 2009 in Emmitsburg, MD or IAEM Headquarters in Falls Church - date and location to be determined (credential review and policy discussion). Please submit packages to be reviewed by May 22, 2009. Note: The FEMA Emergency Management Higher Education Conference is scheduled for June 1-4, 2009, and all CEM® Commissioners are encouraged to participate. All notification letters regarding the status of candidate review will be sent within three weeks of the meeting – estimate no later than June 26, 2009.
- September 30 - October 2, 2009 at IAEM Headquarters in Falls Church, VA (credential review and policy discussion). Please submit packages to be reveiwed by September 18, 2009. All notification letters regarding the status of candidate review will be sent within three weeks of the meeting – estimate no later than October 23, 2009.
